IICS BD reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature when necessary. Where reasonably possible, customers will be notified of significant service changes.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain IICS BD services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree that:

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
  • You must immediately notify IICS BD if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or misuse.
  • IICS BD may request additional information when necessary to verify account ownership or prevent fraud.

IICS BD is not responsible for losses resulting from credentials that have been shared, exposed, or improperly secured by the customer.

4. Orders, Payment & Billing

All services must be paid for according to the pricing and billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.

  • Invoices may be generated before the service renewal or due date.
  • Customers are responsible for paying invoices on time.
  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in service suspension.
  • Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods, domain registrations, transfers, or third-party services where applicable.
  • Promotional prices and discounts may be subject to specific terms and eligibility requirements.

Accounts that remain unpaid for an extended period may be terminated, and associated data may be permanently deleted after applicable suspension or termination procedures.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring that renewal payments can be processed successfully.

5. Domain Registration

Domain registrations and renewals are subject to the policies and requirements of the applicable domain registry or registrar.

IICS BD does not guarantee the availability of any specific domain name until the registration has been successfully completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and complying with applicable domain registration policies.

Once a domain has been registered, certain changes, cancellations, transfers, or refunds may be restricted by the applicable registry or registrar.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

IICS BD services must be used only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You agree not to use our infrastructure, network, servers, or services for:

  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious software.
  • Phishing, fraudulent websites, scams, or identity theft.
  • Unsolicited bulk email or spam.
  • DDoS attacks or other forms of network abuse.
  • Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.
  • Copyright or intellectual-property infringement.
  • Distribution of illegal content.
  • Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Any activity that negatively affects the security, stability, or performance of our infrastructure or other customers' services.

IICS BD reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of the affected service.

Where appropriate, serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Resource Usage & Server Abuse

Shared hosting, reseller hosting, and similar services operate within defined resource limits.

Customers must not use their hosting account in a manner that excessively consumes CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, database resources, email resources, or other server resources in a way that negatively affects other customers or the overall stability of the platform.

IICS BD may temporarily suspend, restrict, or require an upgrade of an account that consistently causes excessive resource usage.

8. Data, Backups & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their website, databases, emails, files, and other data.

Although IICS BD may provide backup systems for certain services, backups are not guaranteed to be available at all times.

IICS BD shall not be responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, software failure, accidental deletion, security incidents, customer actions, service termination, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of important data.

9. Service Availability

IICS BD aims to provide reliable and stable services; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance
  • Hardware or software failures
  • Network problems
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Data-center or upstream-provider issues
  • Natural disasters or other events beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services as quickly as practicable.

10. Suspension & Termination

IICS BD may suspend or terminate a service or account when:

  • An invoice remains unpaid.
  • The customer violates these Terms & Conditions or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The service creates a security or network risk.
  • The customer engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Required information is found to be false or misleading.

Where appropriate, customers may be notified before suspension or termination. However, immediate action may be taken in cases involving security threats, illegal activity, serious abuse, or risks to our infrastructure.

Following termination, customer data may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

11. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased and the applicable refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Certain services, including domain registration, domain renewal, licenses, setup fees, third-party services, and other non-refundable products, may not qualify for refunds.

Customers should review the applicable refund policy before purchasing a service.

12. Third-Party Services

IICS BD may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, platforms, software, registries, payment providers, or infrastructure providers.

Use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy requirements.

IICS BD is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of independent third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IICS BD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.

Customers acknowledge that they use our services at their own responsibility and should maintain appropriate security measures and backups.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

All IICS BD branding, logos, website content, designs, graphics, text, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to IICS BD unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date where appropriate.

Your continued use of IICS BD services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
